btw, you're from gate city

???????....wish i were as smart as you; vthokie, you must be a genius????
oh no it's most definitely a word...you just used it wrong
supposable means literally that it is able to be supposed...if it is able to be supposed that GC is mighty then you are defeating your own purpose of putting it in quotation marks (im assuming that you don't think GC is mighty)
so to say that the blue devils are supposable "mighty" means that youre saying two contradicting things

you don't have to be a genius to use words correctly

I thought this was a sport's forum, not grammar class. Let's stick to the main topic. By the way, you forgot to capitalize and use puncuation.
for not being worried about the LPD/Gate City you sure are spending enough time on here.
talk is cheap.
awesome...i'll remember that next time
just don't throw around big words if you can't use them
"An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity."

Nice comeback...I'll have to use that one sometime. Oh, not worried. I just like to hear other people's opinions about things. I don't continually watch the news because I'm worried....I watch so I can be informed about other's opinions. I've got my opinions, and you've got yours.

Region C is where southwest Virginia volleyball lives.

Hmmm, the Lady Eagles of Rye Cove took the state titles on March 1, 2003 and again on Nov. 22, 2003 after the realignment with basketball. Gate City (another Scott County and Region D team) then took the title in November 2004 and 2005. Any imagined Region C dominance has long been displaced by Region D teams of late. That trend may very well continue.
My daughter happened to be on the back-to-back RC State Champion teams. As a starter on the RC squads, she played with and against some of the best players I've seen in Virginia in the last 20 years. An excellent player in her own right, she knows her volleyball, so I'll give you what she told me about GC.
She said she was very impressed with Gate City's team, especially the Musick girl. Mind you, GC was always a Region D rival for her, so she gives praise sparingly. For her to tell me she was "impressed" with GC tells me they have a very good team again this year.
As I'm wont to say about any season or any team: "Time will tell."

But in the long run
There's still time to change the road you're on."
Nice post...I respect your opinion.
Not trying to stir things up, but Rye Cove faced Battle last night and lost in three games. However, they did beat Battle in a summer tourney.
